ORCHARD SERIES CIDERS
Orchard Original is hand crafted using traditional farmhouse cider making techniques. The driest cider we make, it is created using fresh pressed Newtown Pippen apples. It starts off with a crisp apple taste and has a smooth dry finish.
Harvest Apple is created by using a perfect blend of fresh pressed apples. This is a semi-sweet hard cider and has a bold and refreshing apple taste.
Cherry Daze is handcrafted using a creative blend of fresh pressed apples and is infused with local organic Montmorency Cherries. Cherry Daze is a crisp semi sweet hard apple cider with a tart cherry flavor.
LAZY DAZE LEMONADE
Lazy Daze Hard Lemonade is artisanally made by combining our Orchard Original with Big B’s Orchard Recipe Lemonade. It’s a perfect marriage between dry cider, sweet and tart lemonade. Ultra refreshing and amazingly crisp!

CIAISON GRAND CRU
Ciaison Grand Cru is a limited-edition hand crafted with a medley of old world techniques combining Big B’s Farmstead Hard Cider style and a traditional French Saison Yeast. Made with 100% Organic Colorado West Elk Winesap Apples and fermented with Omega French Saison Yeast, bitter orange peel and coriander seeds. This one of kind cider is cellar aged to perfection in French Oak Chardonnay Barrels. Ciaison Grand Cru is a strong dry cider with smooth apple notes and hints of tropical fruit from nose to finish.
Grizzly Brand bourbon barrel aged hard cider, is unfiltered and bottle conditioned. A crisp, dry cider that’s laced with woody vanilla like tones and finishes with the warmth of a fine bourbon.
Chester Hoppearcot is an amazing combination of local organic apples, pears, apricots, and Cascade Hops. It’s complex; it’s an off dry cider, with pear and apple flavors that are slightly upstaged by the strong and tart apricot, finishing with notes of citrus and hops.
Pear Supply artisanal farm house hard cider is a blend of local organic pears and apples, fermented together and bottle conditioned. Our recipe uses time honored cider making traditions and is cellar aged to perfection. Pear Supply is semi sweet and tart. The apple and pear combination are well rounded and bursting with ripe pear notes and crisp apple undertones.
Awesome Sauce is a traditional apple blend fermented with blood oranges and a French Saison Yeast. This cider is off dry with evenly balanced flavors. Awesome Sauce starts off with the slightly tart taste of Blood oranges and bold apple notes and finishes with hint of Saison yeast character. We've been told this cider has Chug-ability, just remember to chug responsibly!
Somerset Is a Farmhouse Style Hard Cider that’s just fresh pressed organic Apples, and fermented wild, no sugar, no sulfites, and no fooling! Hard Cider made the way it’s been made for, well, forever!
ONE NIGHT FRUIT STAND
One Night Fruit Stand Dried Cherries and Apricots were cellar aged together with a traditional farmhouse style Winesap Hard Cider and wild yeast for well over a year. It’s perceived as dry, effervescent and tart with hints of cherry and apricot.
PEACH PICKIN' TIME
Peach Pickin’ Time is a semi-sweet hard cider made with Organic Delicious orchards peaches. This seasonal hard apple cider is bursting with fresh peach flavors and aromas. Nothing says the taste and feeling of summer like Paonia Peaches!
Snow Daze The fall in the North Fork Valley brings local farmers and the communities together as we all celebrate the end of an amazing growing season. As hints of winter get near, the nights get longer and there are holidays on the horizon you can't help but think of apple pie. In honor of the flavors of fall and winter we have added Cinnamon, Cloves and All Spice to an amazing hard cider made from a blend of fresh pressed Colorado Apples.
BOURBON BARREL AGED POMMEAU
Bourbon Barrel Aged Pommeau is extremely rare and hand crafted in small batches. It starts off its journey as local organic fresh pressed Winesap apples, fermented and cellar aged. We then have it distilled by Peach St. Distillery in Palisade CO. turning it into an apple Eau De Vie. On its return we carefully blend it with fresh organic apple juice and a touch of hard cider. It’s then left to rest in used bourbon barrels for 12 months. The results are a one of a kind artisan style apple wine brandy. Sporting an enticing apple and bourbon nose, combined with the flavors of vanilla and smoke this slow sipper will charm just about any pallet.
